I had to update my embassy, which I could finally do since I got a case number. So I went from PRG###... to FRN###... Thankfully, both are PIVOT. But now I can't log in to the system with my new case number and my fees are all still "IN PROCESS" even though it's been the fabled "2-3 business days." For being a government website (maybe because it's a government website), they really have some terrible tech.

Has anyone else changed their embassy? I've called them 3 times since then and have received 3 different answers: "Make sure the Invoice Number is correct;" "Use internet explorer, it won't work with anything else;" and "wait for our computers to turn back on tomorrow and reset the system."

It's like talking to any tech support I guess. I'll be calling again today. -_- Such an adventure.

Hope you get a solution soon!

I also paid the fees last Thursday, debited on Friday, still "In Process". <_<

You need to call NVC and get it reviewed. It will automatically get reviewed too but it takes 3-4 days more in that case. You should receive your case number in mail (NVC welcome letter) in order to get it reviewed over the phone :)

Oh man, you too? What happened to 2-3 business days? And thank you, I hope you get a "PAID" soon too!

Only 17 minutes until they open up the phone lines and I can ask them again. I'll bet this time it'll be "it's a new system, please wait up to 1000 weeks."

Answer it then submit.....wait for a few days for AoS payment, when they get the payment, wait for the email for your IV payment.....that wait again for the DS 260 to open....

Called the NVC and I was right, "It's a new system so this is weird. I've never seen this before. I'll have to send a ticket to the tech guys to fix this."

With so many people immigrating (as is evidenced by the wait times), don't you think a new, streamlined process is in order? Or do they keep it purposefully frustrating to thin out the pool of potential immigrants?

this is what i read somewhere on this webpage. ( How long after Case Complete will I get an interview?
Okay this is the BIG mystery of NVC. How it usually goes is end of the month and first week of month they start scheduling for interviews for the that upcoming month. Since January they have been pretty consistent starting about the last 2 days of the month and finishing that following first week of next month).

so i will be a little surprised if you guys didn't receive a cc soon.

Thank you, that makes me feel better 😎 It is worse when you have set dates/plans lol makes you feel pressured to be there by a certain time. I really want to be here by July 13 haha we have a new lease starting/moving.
