Major difference is in immigrating to Canada, if the spouse IS issued a work permit, it's tempoary and conditional.

Not the same as an IRI, with a Green Card

You're referring to the inland app. Outland is faster and better with PR (equiv of green card) at the end of it. AOS is the US equivalent of the process you're referring to.

Did you received cc?

No unfortunately we got a checklist on May 17 because a police certificate was the wrong way: "This document is not in the right-side up position"

Yep, tax deadline was April 17, so you'd need tax return+W2/tax transcript/explanation for not filing 2017 yet.

Non, malheureusement, nous avons eu une liste de contrôle le 17 mai parce qu'un certificat de police était dans le mauvais sens: "Ce document n'est pas dans la bonne position"

Même chose pour moi, j'ai reçu le cheklist le 10 mai

Hi everyone! We've got a problem here. We started our NVC stage (YAY!) but we never had the option to choose the agent. The button is not available to click on, and the fees appeared right away. We already paid them, I already submitted the DS260 and also my civil documents... And it is still not available.

Anybody facing this problem? Are we able to do it by phone or need to be done by the CEAC website?

Yeah, we received our NOA2 in February too. Do we need the transcript for just 2017 or the three most recent years?

If you have the 3 most recent years,it's very good but if you have only 2017 its also fine.
