You're referring to the inland app. Outland is faster and better with PR (equiv of green card) at the end of it. AOS is the US equivalent of the process you're referring to.

Yep, tax deadline was April 17, so you'd need tax return+W2/tax transcript/explanation for not filing 2017 yet.

Hi everyone! We've got a problem here. We started our NVC stage (YAY!) but we never had the option to choose the agent. The button is not available to click on, and the fees appeared right away. We already paid them, I already submitted the DS260 and also my civil documents... And it is still not available.

Anybody facing this problem? Are we able to do it by phone or need to be done by the CEAC website?

Pivot cases do not fill out the choice of agent form...we skip that step, so no worries 😊

If you have the 3 most recent years,it's very good but if you have only 2017 its also fine.

received case number on 14 May, paid fees on 15 May, status says IN PROCESS. Please tell me how long they take to review and assign  the Interview date. I am PIVOT and Islamabad Embassy.(I will upload all the docs on Monday when  status  change to PAID.)

It will take 4 business days for fees to be processed. I don't know about  the interview. I have the same question.
