Update on our case: We submitted the DS-260 and mailed our NVC packet on the 16th. USPS says it was delivered on the morning of the 17th. I called NVC this evening and they say they haven't received it yet. I feel like the waiting gets harder as we get closer to completing the process.

 

Anyone else waiting for NVC to receive their AoS/IV documents?

Yeah I had same thing. Mine was delivered on 16 morning so I called 17 but they say it take time to put it into system. I feel like calling today as well so I can get that scan date.

So if they haven't scanned it,they will say they "haven't received the packet"?

Btw, We just called, and the guy said they received it as of May18th and then  he gave us the it'll take 6 weeks speech.

So May 18th is my scan date?

So I just called and they said they received my documents and scanned on 05/17/2018

Yeah I know what you mean. But maybe you got lucky. I heard if the marriage is more than 2 years, they might working on it quicker. Try calling them on Monday.

My satus is still--> Action required: Submit requested documents. Think they just scanned it today. 

We're planning on moving in December, so not really rushing it.BUT... I just want to be done with all this. lol

Do you know your NVC case number? We found out the case number over the phone, was able to login the next day and pay one of the bills before the welcome email came.

d day friends,anybody from Lagos that did he/she medical,I did my medical on Wednesday and I got call from them that I shld bring another 5k for xray on Monday if am coming,anybody with this kind of experience.
