Thanks! He has already paid for the iv fees and he has also send some documents to NVC yesterday waiting for receipt from NVC

You have a case number which is half the battle..you can submit all the documents with a medical expedite..but he has to send it in i believe..and he will need proof of his medical conditions and that it’s life threatening..expedite requests are sent by email to nvc...sometimes you can submit a medical expedite with the proof of it and they forward it to consulate and you give your documents at the interview....try that

Yes they email him now it only left for me to filled the DS-260 that remains and he has send some documents to NVC yesterday now he needs a faster visa cause he is not in a good health condition now he needs me to there with him and he don’t know what to do next

Yes he did receive a mail and he has already send all the documents to NVC the only thing that remains now is the DS-260 form to be filled and he says the pages are too much for him due to his health condition

He has got a case number and he has also paid for Affidavit fees and IV fees also

Thanks for the advice. I just called and got case and invoice number. So happy. The lady said that they still working to put it in the system. I try to log in but it didn;t work lol. I am just so excited and can't wait.

Yes. I called this morning and no case number so I was going to call next day but @Mandy told me to call later on same day and I did. Lady on phone told me that they haven't finish putting all the info into the system yet. She can see that someone already working on it but she gave me case number and invoice number.

Pivot case...check listed on April 23 re uploaded documents on April 25...I'm hoping this week to get a CC...

Yes, I'm waiting for CC too  

Called NVC today and they said they received the package on 30th April and are currently 'reviewing' it. I called to get a Scan Date. But all I got is this info. Don't know if 30th April can be considered as a Scan Date but it is under review now anyways. Hope for a quick cc too
