I just used the tracker and it says that the DS260 was received and I should now submit the documents. But we submitted them the same day? What is that about?

Yup, the tracker says that we must submit (by email or mail, weirdly!) the AOS and civil documents, when we submitted them via CEAC yesterday. I don't understand how their system doesn't automatically update when all the documents' status is at "submitted." They really love to keep everyone on edge, huh?

It's a little worrisome to me that they're taking so long to update your status and review your docs, @R&OC. Have you called the NVC at all? Please keep us updated.

So we're on the same step then... And yes, it certainly is confusing but I'm getting to the point where I've normalized how inefficient and broken everything is with this process. Hopefully we can start uploading documents soon.

Just keep checking! Our's posted the 4th day around lunch! I am sure once it hits their accounts Susan in accounting has to apply payment to the file lol

Yes, I am really surprised myself. I did call yesterday and got the standard reply of "it can take up to six weeks to review" etc. I asked if they review first in, first out - which we already know they are not. What I am actually frustrated about is that even the "it will be processed faster once submitted because it is a pivot case" is not true if you ask me. I saw non-pivot cases submitting their documents later and already receiving a case complete. But there is no use to complain. It is what it is.

One more update: pivot case, received March 15th.

According to an agent, our case was entered into the system on May 8th, just waiting to generate the case number. He said that there's no timeframe for that (of course...) but it should be soon. He said to give it a week or so, we'll see.
