Keep calling , I called one day at morning and there was no case number then I called at night and they gave me the case number

I received mine exactly on 6 weeks. I'm pretty sure you'll get it this week.

Finally some good news!!

 

CC 30 April after getting a checklist in error on the 18 April.  There was some confusion with some of our paperwork but all sorted now!

Just please remember the weekend it will delay the days. I got the AOS paid on 4th of April then it took 2 days to be cleared before they sent me IV fee which was on a Friday. I then paid IV fee right away BUT somehow it didn't go through for days as " in process " before they realized my payment wasn't in the system maybe ceac site technical problem at that time. That sucks! So, they rejected my IV payment and re billed me again. Finally, it got through. Some petitioners can pay BOTH at the same time... Don't worry you will be fine with patience 

We had both at the same time but I realize how it is all pretty random..

Hello Guys! I just submitted the DS-261 form but there is still no " Pay now " button to pay the fees, I just wanted to confirm how long till the payment option becomes available after submitting the DS-261 " choose of agent " form?...Thanks in advance!

Same here, March 20 for some reason did they just pause?!?

I just got off the phone with NVC. They finally reviewed my DS-261. They told me that I had gotten the beneficiary's name wrong. Odd. Anyway,  The gentleman at NVC apparently corrected it and set me as the agent. He told me to now wait one week for the immigration visa(IV) fee to open up. Hoping everything goes smoothly from here.

For us, the AOS fee opened up the day after submitting the DS-261. AOS fee was marked "PAID" about two days after paying the fee. It is also recommended to call NVC and ask them to review your DS-261 if you haven't already done so. Doing so might shorten the wait time for the IV fee to open up.
