I'm still waiting on my case number as well.. NVC received March 19th, it's been 8 weeks and a day now. PIVOT case.

Ugh I know. It's just frustrating that they would say "Within 8 weeks" if they can't uphold that. Just say 10 weeks and let people be pleasantly surprised if it's earlier.

Don't even get me started on that, have definitely voiced myself with a number of people at NVC over constantly changing and random timelines they decide to spew. If you haven't already, keep calling at this point. When they start asking for your names/DOBs, you'll know that you're about a week from receiving the case number.

Once you get the case, your processing will faster than non-pivot ones.

I'm not in America so my husband is the one calling them luckily because I would've been a lot less pleasant to talk to since I am getting frustrated. They asked for DOB last Friday so hopefully that means soon!
