Don't think priority dates have anything to do with nvc case assignment. Just seems to be a counter of 8-10 weeks from the time that they say they've received your case. For pivot cases anyways. For regular cases, I believe it's about 4-6 weeks.

Can someone explain to me, what do they mean by- choose agent (We don't have attorney)? And it says i won't be able to pay fees online until my agent will be approved (takes up to 3 weeks)..

It's okay if you don't have any agent. You put yourself as an agent. We also put beneficiary as an agent.

They contact agent if they need document. And send  email regarding your Case.

I'm waiting for case complete. They send us a welcome letter by  email.

Our ds 261 took one week to process

They will send email to you to pay fees.

Yes they will open link to pay fees.
