Hi everyone on the I-864, for sponsor's household. I'm sponsoring my husband, so I have him counted on Item 1 and the person I'm sponsoring, am I supposed to count him again in item number 3 for 'if you're currently married' . It says put zero if I'm not currently married, but I am and he's already counted in number 1.

Please how do I answer this?

Why do they make this so complicated? gosh

Ok never mind I contacted NVC and they gave me a response. So for anyone with this same question, the answer is put zero on number 3 if you count your spouse in number 1 as the person you're sponsoring.

Ahhh case complete! Got case complete 🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈 submitted all the docs on April 21. Actually I just received an email from NVC saying all my docs were accepted and I should wait for the embassy to schedule the interview. On CEAC only says “accepted”. Is that means case complete?

Yes

Received Noa 2 on April 14th 2018, but the USCIS website doesn’t say that it was forwarded to the NCV. 😭😭

Noa October 26th 2017

Noa2 April 14th 2018

NVC case numbers : ???

You will be notified that your case has been sent to nvc when your USCIS update your status on the app as Case Sent To The Department of State.

Contact the NVC 7-10days later if they have received your case from USCIS.
