I thought London recently changed to pivot? Wasn't there a case just a few weeks back that started as a non-pivot and is now a pivot case?

I guess it can always change, the lady on the phone indicated it would not be a pivot case.  So guess we will wait and see.  Do you know where we find information about PIVOT vs Non-PIVOT cases?  I don't really understand the difference or what it means.

Sounding like a broken record at this point. Still nothing today, but at least I got one of my favorite reps at the NVC on the phone today who's always tried to be helpful and/or at least not be rude on the phone which is a rarity nowadays at the NVC.

I did notice that others on the same receive date of March 7 have started getting their case numbers though, so hopefully we're soon to come. TGIF all.

Thank you very much. We have to fill it on CEAC website?

The CEAC website will actually simply redirect you to the current I-864. You can download it, fill it out offline, print it, sign it, scan it, and then upload the scan into CEAC.

No travel.state.gov has taken down the list as many countries are changing to electronic submission. Pre Immigrant Visa Overseas Technology (PIVOT) means you have to electronically upload your documents for NVC and they will have them sent electronically again to your consulate for interview once NVC completes your case. Non-PIVOT means you have to manually mail your documents to NVC and after case completion NVC will manually mail those to your consulate for interview.

Usually PIVOT cases take at least 10 weeks for assignment of Case# and Invoice from the date of arrival at NVC. Non-PIVOT on the other hand can get their case numbers as early as 7 weeks. Being a PIVOT, they have the advantage of having their cases complete within 5-7 business days while non-PIVOT take around 8-10 business days.

Hope it helps! :)
