After the approval from USCIS, it takes a while maybe a week before the case to Department of State ( NVC ) that you should receive an email or case status online showing this. At NVC it takes a while maybe 2-3 more weeks before you receive the case/invoice number to access ceac site to pay fees. I was told there is no need to submit DS-261 for pivot cases. I submitted mine because I'm with regular case. Good luck!

Hi everyone, I'm currently filing out the I-864. In Part 2 (Information about Principal Immigrant), under mailing address, do I put his address in his country or can I use the US mailing address?

In his country where he currently resides. At least if he is with you in the States then yes put US mailing address :)

Hi everyone on the I-864, for sponsor's household. I'm sponsoring my husband, so I have him counted on Item 1 and the person I'm sponsoring, am I supposed to count him again in item number 3 for 'if you're currently married' . It says put zero if I'm not currently married, but I am and he's already counted in number 1.

Please how do I answer this?

Why do they make this so complicated? gosh
