1 day left to my 8 week craptastic wait.

I called today and politely but firmly insisted on an escalation given it seems no data has even been inputted on our case. NVC operator agreed to escalate to a supervisor after some reluctance, but I suspect a fat lot of nothing will happen given others' accounts from what happens to cases that get escalated to a supervisor.

I really hope so!! Do you know if the next payment takes the same amount of time to go through?

Appreciate your help

Just please remember the weekend it will delay the days. I got the AOS paid on 4th of April then it took 2 days to be cleared before they sent me IV fee which was on a Friday. I then paid IV fee right away BUT somehow it didn't go through for days as " in process " before they realized my payment wasn't in the system maybe ceac site technical problem at that time. That sucks! So, they rejected my IV payment and re billed me again. Finally, it got through. Some petitioners can pay BOTH at the same time... Don't worry you will be fine with patience ;)

It should change to paid asap or either technical problem the payment could not go through. I would recommend you to make a phone call to find out but make sure you check your bank statement if it deducts or not.. Good luck

Welcome guys on this new foruM.

Hopefully we all should be getting something soon!

NOA 1 : 10 Oct 2017 TSC

NoA 2 : 7 ApriL 2018

Sent to NVC : 19 ApriL 2018

Received by NVC : 27 ApriL 2018

They toLd me to wait eight weeks for case number and case processing.

Mine case will be pivot(Islamabad embassy) so might more wait than 8 weeks for case number.

Yesterday we sent expedite request to NVC for some reasons, hopefully we will get some good reply of expedite soon!

Good luck to all.

it is take long for pivot?

or for regular?

Normally, pivot takes much longer like 3 weeks more but both at the end would be the same. Sending the scanned documents via email much quicker to review than the regular mail. I have no experience with pivot :)
