When you have received ur welcome letter in your email, call nvc to review ur ds 261 on phone. Your fees will open up shortly after. This is if u r non pivot. If u r pivot u can pay all your fees as soon as you receive welcome letter.

NVC Received March 20, non-pivot, just received Case and Invoice!!!

I have an attorney, I'm going to go ahead and email them the information. Can I pay the fees now, or should I wait for their instructions?

NVC received 3rd may. I was told that it can take up to 8 weeks to get a case number but may be before that so call to check in a few weeks. This will be a pivot case (Islamabad,Pakistan) so the 8-10 week wait begins today.

Congrats our was received on 27 apriL in nvc.

one week passed hope soo we get case number soon.

(Islamabad consulate also)Pivot case

We had also request for expedite processing of this case on monday but still they told us on wednesday that expedite request is under review.

They are two different numbers. The invoice number is kind of like the 'password'. You need both the case number and invoice number to access the CEAC site to fill out the DS-261, pay AOS and IV fees, and fill out the DS-260.

I called NVC again today. The lady didn't ask for the names and DOB today although she did ask for it yesterday. Is that normal? She said that my case was sent to the supervisor yesterday. NVC receive date Feb 28.

NVC receive Case on 27-04-2018

Request for an expedite 30-05-2018 with no nvc #case number or #invoice number
havent paid any fees yet.

Reason for expedite want son to be here soon before he turns to 21 and before his medical college starts!

Receive emaiL regarding NVC expedite request is under review on 02-05-2018.

Today Receive Case Number and invoice number in emaiL 05-05-2018 only a week after nvc receive our case.
Pivot Case Islamabad,Pakistan

They toLd me to directly pay fees now and submit documents electronically now!

Hey guys now the status is showing paid for both IV and affidavit of support. So i need a joint sponsor for the affidavit of support how will he fill it online since we are a pivot case. And can i proceed with both forms while i have my civil documents ready? I am still waiting on the police certificate

Here's what I did as soon as they gave me the Case number:

- Fill out Choice of Agent

- Wait for Welcome letter

- Call NVC and have them go over your Choice of Agent form

- Wait for AOS fee to become available

- Pay AOS fee

- Wait for IV fee to become availabel

- Pay IV fee

- Wait for DS260 to open

- Fill the DS260 and send the package (I sent it 1 day after paying the IV fee)

So guys i just got the case number and invoice number as mentioned above.

Pivot case

So my first step is to pay both fees?

I need routing number and account number?

Can i done that by my own as beneficiary,after getting both these numbers from petitioner in call.?
