FYI we paid our fees on Saturday and it went to "Paid" today after lunch. Submitted AOS, IV and my Civil Docs. Fingers crossed they review quickly!

I kind of know the next steps but can anyone tell me the steps that I'll have to do once I get my case number (pivot case)

We got an email with case # and the invoice #. we were able to log in and pay the fees ASAP but some people aren't or they can't pay both at the same time. 3.5 days later they went to paid and we uploaded all our docs. now we are waiting for the check list or case complete I believe. we are pivot too. this part should go fast I hope...

Just called NVC. Still no case and invoice number. However, this was the first time they asked what my relation to the case was (petitioner). NVC Received, March 20 non-pivot.

You should defiantly try to call around 7-8pm PST. Because when i called they didn't have case number and then I called later same day at 7pm and I got case and invoice number.

From what I understand, pivot cases should receive a welcome email and have both fees unlocked immediately... once paid, it looks like it's been taking others about 2 business days to process (YMMV...), at which point both forms open up for uploading. From there, it sounds like it takes about a week and a half for CC. Best case scenario it seems, so don't be disappointed if it's longer than what I noticed from others cases.

Thanks a lot! 😊

The petitioner has the aos to upload

We (applicant) do the d260 and upload civil docs (which we bring originals of to our interview...police check, birth certificate, marriage license, biometrics page from passport and your 2x2 passport pic for the green card) ...it also has a section to upload additional docs if you were adopted or have any other things to send to them!

Question: so there is no option to pay via cc on Aos? Can it be done and debited online or we have to send physical check??? Thank you for the answer....

i have a few questions for those that already submitted documents,

1. if you reside in the U.S, there is no need for proof of Domicile right?

2. Proof of U.S Status is only if there is a co sponsor and not for the petitioner correct?

3. what is the Petitioners Civil document?

I called NVC to inquire on the Court Record, my country only provides one document called Certificate of Non-Conviction, the lady told me to mark Not applicable for Court record if the Beneficiary has never been to court and use the certificate of non conviction as the Police Certificate, any insight on this?

Im trying to prevent getting check list. thanks in advance for the help.
