Congratulations!!!

Have you got both the case and invoice numbers? Did you pay the AOS and IV fees?

I got my case number earlier but couldn't pay. I have to wait for the welcome letter through e-mail to access their system

Yes, I was able to pay both fees immediately. I was told that an email was send earlier today but I didn't receive it.

I kind of know the next steps but can anyone tell me the steps that I'll have to do once I get my case number (pivot case)

From what I understand, pivot cases should receive a welcome email and have both fees unlocked immediately... once paid, it looks like it's been taking others about 2 business days to process (YMMV...), at which point both forms open up for uploading. From there, it sounds like it takes about a week and a half for CC. Best case scenario it seems, so don't be disappointed if it's longer than what I noticed from others cases.

So you got your case number when you called?

Yes, I called and found out. I did receive the email just now but was able to log on to the system without the email. We immediately paid both fees and will wait for the "paid" status to appear. My guess is early next week.

We finally received our case number today (pivot case - NVC receive date Feb 22). I am speechless. We waited for exactly ten weeks today.

And yes, the started asking for Name /DOBs about a week ago.

Congrats!  That is a pretty long wait.  I have friends that only waited 2 weeks to get their case number but on the flip side waited over 8 weeks for TSC to transfer case to NVC.  I realized two days ago that this process has consumed me so much that it was time for me to step away from it for now.  I decided that I will no longer call NVC anymore just so i can keep my sanity and stress level down.  My 8 weeks is right around memorial day so if I dont hear nothing by June 1st then I will call.  But for now don't want to deal with the stress because it is not worth it.  The good side is my spouse lives with me so it could be worse.

Hi everyone :)

I just called the NVC and they said our case was completed today :):D

Scan date was April 24th

Could anybody tell me about how long until we hear further about setting up the interview date? I thought I've heard people have been having their interviews set up 1-2 days after case complete, but I don't know if that's entirely accurate or if we should expect that

(If it makes a difference, it's the London consulate)

Thanks for any responses!

So I am confuse. I seen people pay AOS and IV first and then complete DS-261. But in my case my DS-261 link is active so I completed that choice of agent and waiting for AOS an IV fees to active. Is that correct order? My case in non-pivot case.
