Called NVC today and they said they received the package on 30th April and are currently 'reviewing' it. I called to get a Scan Date. But all I got is this info. Don't know if 30th April can be considered as a Scan Date but it is under review now anyways. Hope for a quick cc too  

I’m waiting too for my Cc!!!  package received 17th of April and ds260 submitted April, 24th

Try to call via viber if you are outside U.S, you can actually directly call Nvc by using the app just need to pay something via cc.I used and purchase "viber out" to call nvc with long distance payment/charge of $4 for 25mins but I got my number it is worthy.... and yes you will have yours, I believe, they are just preparing welcome letter and checklists perhaps that is why they are not sending via email yet. I actually never tried calling until one guy on this forum posted yesterday and just followed what he did to call 2x, and noticing people mostly getting their number during 7pm of Usa time,so I did call around that time ....We have not yet gotten email customer rep says to wait it will arrive with in 4weeks hehehe, but was able to access ds261,though pay fee is not accessible as of the moment.....I wonder how long it will be is it 24hrs? Or  48hrs? Let us know for those who have knowledge.

Hi everyone!! We just got our NOA2 (April 26) I read the wiki, which is very helpful. My question is, do we really have to call these folks?? If we don’t call, will we receive notification on the next steps?? Also, what is a “pivot”case? I keep seeing people saying theirs is a pivot case! I was at the Texas service center...how long until I can get a case number?

hello, i just paid AOS fee, but the IV fee has the paynow button but when i click on it it just has $0.0. how long does it take to be able to pay the IV fee?

yes, you have to constantly call them for updates. the first Email i got from NVC was the welcome letter 6weeks after my case was received. some countries require Docs to be sent electronically, those are considered Pivot, non-pivot cases send Docs by mail. it is taking about 6-8weeks for non-pivot cases and about 10-12weeks for pivot from what i have seen

Hi! I have a question. We recently got our interview date. Then our lawyer scheduled me for a separate appointment for biometrics in the embassy here in manila. I thought biometrics and interview are on the same day. I just wanna know if you guys are the same.

So on the actual NOA2 approval letter I received it says they have SENT the petition to the US DOS. But on the website it says it doesn’t say that....it just says they approved the I130    My notice date is April 26. So did they send it yet since it says it in the NOA2 I got, or will it say it on the uscis site?? When can I call the NVC to see if they received it?? I see a lot of people with a “received “ date ....is this from them calling or asking? Or it’s put on the uscis site?? Thanks

In our case, we actually received via text and online the message of uscis forwarding to dos which is 9days after our noa2, vivid sample:

5th actual date on noa2

11th physical letter frm snailmail

14th text message case is being fw to dos

(19th started calling 2x a week-but said they have not received,then 26th actual response via calling that they received our case);

20th  

Then calling weekly but ofcourse they have same spiel until 6weeks of waiting -non pivot....

Yes you can call using skype because the friend who told me used skype but there is corresponding payment via google play it is not for free, I think she said $3 I am not sure thought but viber app is $4.99 so skype is cheaper but did not want to register anymore so I used viber using the same number she gave me ....

 

I just dialed that directly to my viber, call was total 15mins...perhaps try to dial that directly using your skype app, if they ask you to settle just follow the instructions then your call will be connected as soon as you settled.

Did I miss something says AT NVC on ceac?! My case is COMPLETE!!!! Even I mailed before paying IV fee. It worked!
