I am in a situation please help. My wife CR1 interview visa is scheduled at Mumbai on June 11 th. Her Bio metric appointment is also scheduled on 8th June. However in her Chest Xray some finding has came up, the doctor has advised for sputum test. She never had positive TB in her life. She completed 3 day sputum culture test. The Medical Vaccination results will be sent to embassy on July 14th. At this point should i still let my wife go for her interview or reschedule at a later date. If so how can we reschedule the date? The doctors advised her Medical reports will be send directly and they would put her in Administrative processing stage. I have emailed ustraveldocs support for Mumbai embassy and yet have to receive any reply.

Allow her go for the interview. She will be notified by the CO if anything unusual about her medicals comes up

Should we taking just w2 and that are available quickly??

thanks for your heLp we are just confused

Good day everybody. Congratulations to all the approved visa. God will keep helping us. Pls I need some directions bcos I'm so scared. Interview scheduled June 27th. We got checklist, asking for 2017 tax transcript and its W2. My hubby said he has filed for Extension and he have 1099. Is it the Extension and the 1099 that I will take to the interview or it have to be the 2017 Tax transcript and the W2. Will the Extension and the 1099 be OK? This have being disturbing seriously. Secondly, do I need to call Qlife for Medical test to make appointment or no need, I can just go there straight when ready.

Yeah For tax extension, copy of extension form (IRS Form 4868) will be fine along with W2.

SecondLy Yea you need to call for appointment of your medicaL and than go for medicaL.

Really? Thanks.  He doesn't have W2 bcos he is self-employed. He have 1099. Is that OK? Copy of Extension form and 1099. I will be fine?

This is for nvc documents Submission. Not for interview. That is why I want to be sure. I don't know if anybody have used Extension recently and there was no issue about it.

I would suggest you to call them

I remember one of the scenario jus like this however as per new rule you cannot take interview without medical and best is to reschedule

Not 100% sure on that confirm it before rescheduling or getting forward with current date interview

IMPORTANT:

For all immigrant visa cases, applicants are being placed on AP after interview to get further information regarding deep security checks. I suggest that you should complete form DS 5535 and take it with you to the interview and present that to the CO. This will help you quickly go through the AP. Thanks
