Just received email from NVC at 12:15AM.  Got our interview scheduled for June 27th :) !!!!!!!! I'm so excited

I received an email dated June 27th for the interview! Whoo!

Just got a second checklist for I601a approval.... how did they not have this?! This is after I was told our case was perfect but received checklist for police certificate. We were told the police certificate was all we needed, so I thought I was getting a cc this week, but got a checklist for i601a approval... we got i601a approval on 2/12

I called. No email yet. I just saw you got your interview schedule! Congratulations! I hope I’ll get mine soon. How exciting!!

We received a checklist for a police cert as well but when I called NVC they said our case was complete and to just take the police cert to the interview. We just received our interview date yesterday. You shouldn't be concerned but you may want to call NVC just to make sure.

That sucks, I also got a checklist but my case was completed on the 9th. I have to bring the w2 from my cosponsor to the interview. I hope that checklist doesn’t delay my case for an interview date

We already submitted the police cert and it’s been scanned in. They had told us that was the only thing they needed and now they’re sending us another checklist for the I-601a... it’s just frustrating. I thought we had it and now they’re saying we’re missing another thing

Yeah. They told us our case was perfect but required us to send in the police certificate before an interview would be scheduled. 

 

Now, I’ve sent that in and it was scanned in on 5/3 and today I get an email for i601a approval...

Yeah, thats really sucks , but hopefully will be done soon. But what is that i601 for ?
