Yes, you would list your fiance's name there in question 26.a

You do not intend for question 38.

Hmmm...?

I may be overthinking this, but if "I do not intend", is the Embassy going to wonder how she will support herself once she arrives?

She hasn't worked in the 5 years we have been together in Thailand.  We were/are living on my income and I expect that will continue once she arrives, at least until/if she decides she wants to work in the US, so of course I would continue to support her.

You put do not intend because you're not gonna make specific contributions to her living. You see fully supporting her when she's here. If you put you intend to make specific contributions then you will have to list specifically what items or things you are specifically contributing to.

I-134 Question 26.a.

"I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following persons. (If none, write "None" in the space for name below.)

For this question, do the petitional need to specify the person names  - if he/has previously filed visa petition for parents ?

question 38 - it must be I intend to support.

If you don't intend to support your beneficiary, it will be trouble for you in getting K visa.

No it will not. My fiance has been approved. Everyone here on VJ knows you put do not intend because you're not making specific contributions to the beneficiary's support. You're contributing 100% to their support. If you intend to make specific contributions to their support you're gonna have to list specifically what you are providing meaning you have to list only what you intend to provide to their living while being here in the US.

But you go ahead and do as you please if you feel otherwise.

I have my K1 visa in hand. My fiance put do not intend. Your comment isn't correct.

Ok, I am confused. Every Youtube video walkthrough and written instructions from people that has gone completely through the process says to check "Intend to" and write you intend to provide room and board and all other needs for this person. I'm at this stage and would like to know 100% about what to put there.

It is a non issue for a K-1 so don't worry about it.  The key is the supporting documentation

YMMV

From what I tell it doesn't matter whether you put yes or no. My fiance just checked no and wrote no comments. He's not providing anything for me specifically, we will pay half of everything like we have since we have been together. We just answered truthfully.

Right, I was just concerned about the fact that the beneficiary can't work in the USA until later down in the process and they may have wanted to know that you will support them in the beginning and on out. But as payxibka has stated, the affidavit of support document and supporting documents should cover this question on its own for the K1.
