Does CDJ allow the US citizen to attend interview?

Hi 

 

I have heard  at Juarez consulate dont permit the US citizen attend the interview, only the beneficiary.  I have heard also some times in the interview the officer ask about if the petitioner is in Juarez. 

My fiancee will go with me to Juarez but only I could attend the interview
