Wrong instructions on medicals and visa delayed

We got our medicals at Flagstaff, Melbourne with Dr Turnbull, on the 18/12.

Got sputum tests requested and done...

Interview was on 02/01, without medicals... officer told us everything was good, visa would be issued and we would receive our passports back in 1 and 1/2 weeks after medicals were received.

When back from Sydney got a letter request sputum tests to be recollected as samples were not good, called Dr Turnbull on the 03/01 at 9 am to be told 2 samples were ok and no need to recollect...

08/02 results came back negative but only 2 samples as we did not recollect 3rd sample... Called Dr Turnbul to find out he could not send in results as he needed to send 3 and never told me to not recollect...

Had to get another 3 samples of sputum collected and kept calling lab to make sure samples were fine...

04/04 results came back negative and had to call Flagstaff clinic to make sure they would mail our results.

09/04 received email from consulate saying doctor forgot to send the CDs with chest xray images, so sent them in the 10/04.

13/04 case was updated in CEAC website.

19/04 received email from consulate saying : they sent an email to Dr Turnbull so he could change dates on our medicals as the date was from December and was about to expire , but he never responded the email. Contacted Flagstaff clinic to find out he forgot to answer the email and would do it next day.

23/04 case updated as they received the email

26/04 and 27/04 case updated again

30/04 case updated again

does anyone knows what are they processing or waiting for?
