I filed last year for my fiancee k1 visa, but unfortunately her case was expired to make long story short. I went and got married to her at her country and now i am getting back to file cr1 marriage this time.

I am lost on this question

For part 5 other information: "Have you ever previously filed petition for this beneficiary or any other alien?" (I selected Yes as I have petitioned for the same woman as a fiancee before)

It states if yes, provide the name, place, date of filing, and the results.

Am i putting my name for those information? ? I am the petitioner. Or am i putting my wife name (beneficiary) .

And I am putting the place where i sent my petition packet is that correct? It was laguna california.

I previously had a k1 denied too. On that my husband put my name(beneficiary),place of filing is where you the petitioner lives and the date you filed it while the result should be I-129F was expired on the date.

I think this helps.

Goodluck on the rest part of this journey
