wowza!

I don’t even know what to say!

YES, they will find out,

YES, your naturalization petition will most likely be denied since you LIED and you can not petition your other “wife” which is not your wife because you are still married to your actual US wife...

So I don’t know what you had in mind but this......”not so smart” idea (is very bad)

Why would somebody in their right mind do this!

Get yourself an attorney if u wanna stay a LPR

just my opinion!

Oh and also...does your real(first) wife know about all this?

I am totally at a loss too.

Since this is a forum on US immigration, I have to wonder how it is possible one can be so unaware of the rules. OP is applying for naturalization, which means he went through the initial green card application AND RoC. Yet somehow he's only NOW asking if his second marriage is valid and if it will affect naturalization?!  How does one lack this much foresight?

OP, get an attorney. Like yesterday.

When in a hole, it's time to stop digging.

USCIS will most likely figure out what's going on here. Who knows when that will be, but it'll happen. If you lied on the N-400 or lie to an immigration officer about your marriages/divorces, expect the worst. If you already submitted paperwork with false information, I suggest withdrawing it. It doesn't make it go away, but would probably go a good way in the event they were to pursue willful misrepresentation findings.

If you want to petition your 2nd concurrent wife to the US, you must divorce both wives then remarry the second one. No way around this...the 2nd marriage is not legal, and they will require documentation that the marriages were dissolved (divorced/annulled) before you can marry and file for a new spouse.

Expect considerable scrutiny. Be prepared to live abroad with your 2nd wife if it comes to that.

And OP.... you should also be aware that the US has been stripping citizenship from people who naturalized under false circumstances (the USCIS Facebook page keeps posting links to such cases). So if by some miracle you do manage to hide it and naturalize, you can never bring your new “wife” over (assuming you divorce your current wife at some stage of curse) because it’ll take a CO exactly 2 seconds to look at dates and figure out what happened. “Wife” will be refused and you’ll find your citizenship status in danger.  And as someone else said, they do background checks. So if your real wife does tell them what has happened, she doesn’t need proof, they’ll find it.

(By the way, even in countries where polygamy is legal, for those who want to take advantage of any benefits under US immigration law you have to divorce all but  one wife... you haven’t mentioned if your home country does allow polygamy but even if it does this is still bigamy under US law. And if it doesn’t you have, as far as I understand, actually committed bigamy in your home country too.)
