k-1 evidences of relationship filing

My fiancee and I are in the process of filing our k-1 petition. Regarding with the proof of relationship:

 

1. Photos together - there must be a time, date and place given per photo?

2. facebook chat - is there a way to retrieve chat messages in facebook?

                                - and if there is, how many pages per month since relationship start must be printed?

3. Must all originals be submitted or photocopy only?

4. Regarding with the plane tickets and boarding passes, must it be scanned or photocopy or submit the original?

1. We put 2 photos in each page with date and place and a small explanation to each

2. There are some ways but it gives you a huge load and alterable data. Chatlogs normally are not necessary as it does not prove meeting in person. You can chose a few and take screenshots of you like to put these as evidence.

3. Copies are sufficient. (Please read the instructions as there is a pharagprah explaining originals and copies in relation. Anything you give at this stage will not come back.)

4. For us some were scanned some were just copies. Again we didn’t send any originals as they won’t come back, and we may need them again.

 

i wanted to add good luck  and don’t stress too much, you’re already doing it right and asking questions first!

Do not send chat evidence with your petition its just noise.  Manila might want to see this at your interview so be prepared then not now

We did not submit any chat logs during I-129f petition. We submitted about 2 photos though with time, date and place. 

They wont be returned so better keep the originals with you.

In our case, I met my then fiancé while vising family in Texas. Who would have thought that I would be going through K-1 process down the road and I would need the boarding pass later on. I had already tossed the boarding pass in the trash. Instead, we submitted photocopies of my I-94 and entry stamps. We didn't encounter any issues.

In reference to getting your facebook chat in a way that is presentable try this:

 

TYPE in your browser

m.facebook.com/messages

Then choose your intendeds name and you will see some of the recent chat. Keep hitting See Older messages until you get enough of the chat you need and then:

Ctrl P will bring up a Print Screen. Choose Save as PDF and then save it. Comes out as an organized view of your chat.
