Thanks, like I said she doesn't want to immigrant, we only did that because they won't give her a visitor visa. I want her to visit for couple month and meet my wife and her family and the kids and see what I did with my life her that I worked hard for.

I am sorry if this topic has been started, but I need IFO on my situation please and thank you
 

I am US citizon and I have filed  i130  for my sister  in  December of 2015  and I did receive receipt number I believe with a month of filling and that the last time I HEARD ANYTHING.  Do I need to do anything us or file another form  I keep hearing there more forms to file ? or are they going to send me next step on what to do I am just lost on what to do ?

do you guys have any idea what next step please?

give me some ideas please.

I'm not sure why you think the answers here will be any different to the ones you already received on your prior post. 

 

You should expect to hear something around 2027 or 2028 regarding the next steps in the process, assuming processing times remain steady and the category is not eliminated by Congress in the interim.

According to your other post, you said you only did the i-130 because your sister was denied the tourist visa...and that you only want her to visit for a couple of months, not actually immigrate.

 

Right now, it's cheaper and a heck of a lot quicker if you went and visited her.

I want her to vist, but they keep denying her a visitor visa.  I just want her to see my life her and my kids and meet my wife and her family because she is like a mom to me after our parents pass a way when I was 7 years old she raised me like a son to her.  My brother got a 10 years visa to see his daughter that she lives in the U-S-A also.  He stays for couple month than he goes back and that what I want for her to be able to stay he for couple month, but they keep taking her money and never giving her a visa so that why I applied for US presently. She is in her middle 50.

I hear you, but I don't know what us to do it is not easy to pack 3 kids and wife to travel all the time, but we try when we can and cost more money with 5 of us.  I wish it was better way to just have her even for a month.

Apparently Morocco is tough with b2 visas because it's been abused in the past. COs tend to be cautious about issuing one.

Well... either you visit her or she'll come to the US in like 15 years to "visit " you. You see which one makes more sense?
