I have a couple questions:

1. Does the employer letter with a signature as a supporting document have to be original or can it be scanned and printed?

2. Can he send me all of the info I need from his online banking, or does it HAVE to be from the bank itself?

1. scanned or printed is fine.

2. i'm not capable for advising you on that. i forgot precisely what the instructions said. perhaps a bank statement of how much he has deposited into his account is fine. i provided a letter with U.S. bank letterhead, stating how much was deposited within the year, when it was opened and how much is currently in the account, signed by the bank branch's vice president. same thing as the employement letter, it was scanned over to us with a signature.
