I am helping my Stepdaughter to fill out her I-751 to remove conditions on her 2 year green card and need a little help.

Part 4. Information About the U.S Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Spouse. If Filing as a child Separately, Information about the U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Stepparent through whom you gained your conditional residence.

My wife received her 2 year green card and now has her 10 year green card, her daughter, my stepdaughter received her 2 year green card a year after her mom and now we need to file form I-751 for her. Do I put my information in Part 4 or does my wife's info go there. Do I also include a photo copy of my wife's I751 approval letter with her paperwork.

I am pretty sure it should be my info but I just need to make sure I am reading it correctly, because when you go to the Relationship question it gives you 2 options 1a  Spouse or Former Spouse or 1b Parent's Spouse or Former Spouse

Thank you for any help with this.
