Hi,

Just filling out DS2029 question 24 on US entry  exit. On two of my trips outside the US (one in 2001 and one in 2002), both to India, I am not sure of my exact departure date since the US does not have an exit stamp, however I am sure of my India arrival date based on my entry stamp (so the US departure was most likely 1 or 2 days before my arrival date in India, I am not sure), do I need to put a note stating that I am not sure of the exact departure date from the US or something on those lines,or will a date with an error likelihood of -1 or -2 of my actual departure do?

One additional question.. I do not remember which city of New Jersey state I was in for a week's time (I lived in a hotel) as soon as I first entered the US, prior to taking up residence. Can I leave the city blank and just put the state for that 1 week period?

You can or if google map can help, you can also include the city.

Usually, you don’t need to make a separate list of temporary stays in hotels including short vacations unless you were using those addresses for mails and other references.

Hello,

my huband filed for CRBA since January for my baby who is 5months plus now and I was told the passport isn’t ready. They claimed the were going to carry out an investigation on my husband’s divorce certificate with his previous marriage and it hasn’t been done till now. Almost 4months and when we contacted them they claimed it was under review.

My husband filed for me in 2016 for Cr1 and I had my interview last week and got approved. My visa is ready and I have just 5months to report to the U.S and I need to go with my baby. Please what can I do? I’m tired of waiting for the embassy, they are not saying anything about my baby’s U.S Passport and birth certificate. Please advice me
