People may rush to use harsh words at you, I don't blame them because if any of them ever experience this your situation they would understand. The CO's are professional and we all know they are trained to do what they do but, we all know they are not there to give everyone visa despite the legitimacy of your relationship. they have a quota of how many they can issue every year and they will deny anyone and make up stories. I know how you feel because I have been through that before. The CO's are fond of lying about everyone they denied. We were denied for no reason and later in the memorandum they sent to the USCIS they stated a lot of lies in it and we overcome it so easily because they lied. We even told the USCIS to ask the embassy to furnish them the audio excepts of my interview to confirm all that they said in the NOIR. Just submit your communications, letters from your family and the man family attesting to the legitimacy of your relationship, write a rebuttal letter yourself and address all the points one after the other and state all the answers you gave at the embassy to the USCIS, add every iota of receipt concerning you both, whether is western union, road trip receipts, his boarding passes, cards and gifts you both send each other, if he have you on as beneficiary of any of his benefits including insurance and 401K plan, show them communication that dates back as early as the times you guys met. Give them many pictures. The USCIS is by far better than the embassies in dealing with cases base on facts and materials rather the perceptions and personal opinions. This is not the end of the road, if you allow them to win then is your choice, but I tell you what, if you peruse it by submitting more proofs and documents, you will receive reaffirmation letter.

Our case have been reaffirmed....waiting on the next action

Im the the beneficiary, trust,,,I was very shock and a angry to see these as the reason for our denial.... I answered everyone one of those questions...had my interview 2 years after Marriage n plus 2 year of knowing n constantly being in touch. We communicate almost everyday n I sent our call logs to the interview. I just have to accept n find a solution to the problem at hand that's y I'm here soliciting for ideas...tnx

I  was not there at the interview with you but one thing I do know is it has been too many people that have gotten there response back from USCIS with statements that have not been true my husband who is the beneficiary have the same issue years back when people were able to go in to the interview with their spouse they were also shocked to see what was wrote I don't know why the council will need to make up things or whether they get cases confused but a lot of people are jumping down your neck I only hope you can find a solution to this problem it happened to me also and I was shocked by the response I got from people my husband is not brilliant but he sure is not that dumb best thing for you to do is answer the points and submit evidence to back up

Yes it looks like it because for watever reason that's wat they wrote to us..

I swear on my own life that I answered all these questions more...even if it was a sham or some sort of staged marriage, don't u think I will l can memorize these basic answers?

Common even a basic school student can do that. I'm only askn for wat to do...not for ur judgment pls,,,I wish u understand wat this waiting makes me feel.. we have no child yet n we're thinking of him relocating back home so we can try.. U can pls offer an idea or to stop judging pls.

I agree with you and.  my thoughts to you is if someone is judging you don't take your time to try to persuade them just keep it moving to the next person that could be of assistance I'm not for sure how other people cases have gone but it has been a lot of people that have been accused of not knowing things when in reality it was stories that were made up so don't waste your time trying to persuade anyone maybe they have not read the horror stories from people all around the world that have been misrepresented I'm in prayer with you and I hope all goes well and if by some form some of the questions were not answer properly or if you answered all the questions and was misrepresented  to USCIS and u know that your marriage is not a sham spend your energy on your rebuttal and Gathering your evidence God will see you through let his will be done take care
