Well Hello All :hehe:

This will probably be my last Posting for a Week or so.

I am flying out From Adelaide - Sydney tomorrow (Sunday Morning)

Have to be at the Adelaide Domestic Airport,

@ 5.15am, for a 6.20am Flight to Sydney.

Spending a couple of days In Sydney with my Sister and her Family,

Then Flying out From Sydney Wednesday (9th May) Morning.

Then onto Taipei China then to LAX, Then to Cleavland Ohio,

and Finally Arriving in Providence Rhode Island,

@ 9.17am Thursday Morning :luv:(L)(F) to be met by my,

Lovely Beautiful Wifee Cheryl :star::yes: .

Then drive back to Massachusetts to.. :whistle: ....Unpack :innocent:

So when I get Time.. I will post my P.O.E. Story for LAX.

Wishing all Peeps with their upcoming Interviews,

Good Luck to you all. :thumbs:

And a speedy reuniting with their loved Ones,

A Happy blissful time to be had by all :dance:

A Special mention to all the people that have helped,

Myself and My Wifee Cheryl,

Get through the Maze called Our Visa Journey.

Thankyou All for your Patience, Directions, :help: ,

Shortcuts, Sense of Humor, Camaraderie,

And Just being there for us when We needed Information.

Both Cheryl and I have made some great friends on here,

and hopefully One Day we Will all meet,

for a BBQ.. Near Boston .. lol.

Till I Emerge from the Otherside...lol

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

2008-11-10 I-485 Sent to Chicago

2008-11-20 Payment accepted

2008-11-22 I-485 NOA1

2009-01-09 Biometric

2009-03-08 Interview Letter

2009-04-08 Interview Approved!

2009-04-08 Welcome letter received

2009-04-18 Green Card Received

08/20/08: TSC received N400

08/21/08: TSC cashed check

09/02/08: Received NOA...........Priority date: 08/20/08

..............................................Notice date : 08/22/08

09/02/08: Received Biometrics Notification

09/18/08: Biometrics completed - Charlotte DO

10/24/08: Received Interview Letter

12/08/08: Interview @ 1:00pm. APPROVED!

01/05/09: Oath Ceremony 10:00AM. Now officially a USC!!!

K-1/K-2 VISA'S APPROVED IN MONTREAL MAY 2, 2005

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.
