I’m ready for the weekend!! Don’t let the sadness get to you - this wait is totally out of our control. For those of us that are still waiting, just prepare for a longer wait - could be another week, weeks or month(s). 

 

I know it’s frustrating but it’s totally out of our hands. They will get to us eventually ❤️❤️❤️

Hello, everyone! We finally had an update (an RFE) after what felt like a thousand years!

 

NOA1: October 10, 2017

Visa Journey estimate: May 2-7, 2018

RFE: May 11, 2018

Current days of waiting: 194

 

Notified by:

(1) CaseTracker app and

(2) old website (actually stated "received", but was updated when we logged in).

No update thru text or e-mail, and new website still shows "received".

 

We were actually expecting an RFE 'cause we failed to answer an item. We just laughed off the possible 2-week (or more, just hoping it wouldn't be a 60-day) delay as we are really thankful that we finally got an update.

 

Wishing all of us who are still waiting for that "approved" update the best of luck!❤🍀

Apparently my notice date is 5/5/18 because i receieved it in the mail yesterday.. a day after the update

 So these snesky bastards approved us sooner but made us miserable for another 4 days.

Reacing 200 is an awful feeling.. i am sorry you had to experience that. Be hopeful because it will happen..but cant help but be stressed and frustrated. Someone told me that the best way to deal is try to relax yourself as much as you can. Self care is very important because this is a draining process. Much love to you both. And i will keep you in my prayers. Just know that it will HAPPEN

Hello, everyone! I wanted to share our experience with this journey. 

 

NOA1: October 20, 2017

NOA2: April 23, 2018

NVC Received: May 9, 2018

NVC Case #: May 10, 2018

Current Status: Still “AT NVC”

 

NOA 2 Notified by:

(1) Mail (hard copy) / I would suggest for you guys to download USPS Informed Delivery

 

No update thru text or e-mail, and new/old website and Case app tracker still shows "received" until now. 

 

Currently, my plan is to do my medical examination next week because here in my country it will take 2 days plus 1 to 2 days release date. I have also set my interview appointment on June 1 but my plan is to reschedule it once my medical is cleared. 

 

Wishing all of us to have more patience and don’t forget to pray because God is good all the time.
