There's a lot of movement in earlier dates like around mydate October 12 but case is only updated on the new website. Neither old nor app.

Oh ok thank you. I think I might literally die if I don't hear something by next Friday... by that time it will be close to 7 months and then I'll just give up on my summer wedding dream... I think if people can survive this they can survive anything

I'm here with him and I will say that the wait isn't nearly as agonizing as it has been the last few weeks when we were apart. I'm crossing my fingers that I hear something while I'm here too. That would be the absolute best! Still soooo happy for your good news today!

I've been lurking here for a couple months, I've gotten a notice that we're receiving a RFE today. I'm so nervous.

So I've looked at my copy of the i129f that I sent, and saw that on the page 9 of the form, where they asked if we're Multiple Filer Waiver Request info, 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d said Not applicable, beneficiary is my spouse or I am not a multiple filer

I did not check on any of those, Am I suppose to check on the 5d?

This is my first time filing for any thing so I am not a multiple filer and the beneficiary is not my spouse. I just wanted to make sure if that's what needed to be checked.

I've read on this forum before that, yes, you should have checked 5d.

 

I'm worried too that I might get an RFE because of that item. I wonder if anyone has failed to answer it and did not get an RFE. Any lucky one?
