I spoke to someone yesterday and they said that i am in line to be adjudicated. I even asked to speak to my adjudicator and said they don't accept calls. Even i know that but can't hurt to ask. Today marks 208 and only four days away until i reach my 7 months mark but i can't submit an inquiry until two more days have passed after which....

They don't realize that each day is slowly killing me. If i get diabetes because of stress it's on them.

Last night i had a dream that they are spying on us. Lol

Please i beg all of you to keep those of us waiting without a clue especially us who are 200 and plus days in your prayers and well wishes.

I am dying here..

Everyday I do for you guys... this will make your no2 that much sweeter...

Apirl 19, 2018 REF

April 27, 2018 REF was received

just called USCIS, they told me i will have to wait for another 60 days.....

should i submit an inquiry about my case ??:(

You actually can't submit an inquiry because your case is touched since you recieved an RFE and it's typically a 60 days wait but you will definitely hear back either this week or next week i am very certain of that

Don't worry! Depending on the seriousness of the RFE it shouldn't be too long.

What happened? Were you denied at the interview stage or Application Stage?

Application lol. I hadn't seen my fiance within two years.. i met him in the uk while i was backpacking. Anyways a lot happened in between and we couldnt see each other. He couldn't come to usa because he was a temporary resident. But his family came and we did to do the whole engagement.  Found out after that there is a fiance visa which doesn't take as long, applied for it and lawyer said we can make the case of you not seeing him as a cultural restriction. But i did see him soon after we applied and told the lawyer. I decided to file right away because i i didn't wany to waste time. However the lawyer didn't tell me how serious this was.i wish i knew about VJ then! We got an rfe 3 months later, and then denied 2 months after..this was last year February to September.. and the lawyer sent everything in so late!!!!! So we applied again in October..and i saw him again after denial and before refiling...
