Not seeing anything new here either. I’ve scanned 10/16,17,25,26,31 and 11/1 and there’s nothing.

Tier 2 called back and said they’re waiting on my Fiancé’s background check to come back from Algiers (hmmmm, I was told last week that everything is done and our petition is under review). Such a mystery 😑

I am having a really stressful day... you know all weekend and all week i was hoping..that maybe i ll get a silent noa2. Even my fiance was like what's wrong with our case

Seems like another slow day. @Sarac9 I completely understand your super frustration... we all have a right to be upset but I feel it for you more than myself when I look at how long you've been waiting. We filed our petitions since last year so whatever new laws or rules they want to come up with shouldn't apply to people who already spent their money and have been enduring all the stress, torture, depression, anxiety (whatever you want to call it) in hopes of at least getting a RFE... I'm so disappointed and angry... 😠

You’re welcome, I know it isn’t much but we’re living this experience together and know that we’ll hear an answer one way or another; when that is, is anyone’s guess (this is the part I hate the most because at least we could save our sanity if we knew what day we have our approval is coming).
