Hey, so I got an RFE for additional evidence for the Two year meeting requirement. What did ya'll submit for it to be approved? Did anyone submit affidavits of friends or neighbors or is that going overboard?

To show 2 year meet I just sent in pics and labeled them. They were mostly of us when he came to visit me in the states and me visiting him in Nigeria. I also sent in our itineraries and boarding passes.

we sent the same.... pics.... boarding pass... tickets  .... hotel bill....

You need to show primary proof, not what they consider secondary. Secondary is great as added evidence, but some type of occially dated document placing you two in the same area.

 

Copies of your passport showing Passport stamps. Arline boarding passes (not receipts).

 

Signed and data Photos are good, but are considered secondary. Affadavits from friends and neighbors are probably not really helpful, if I had to guess.

I'm sooo excited!!! We got appproved on my Fiancee's birthday! 😍😍😍  4/27 (I was patiently praying and expecting for a silent NOA but i thought its a 4/30 or 5/1 approval) 🍾💑😍
