What’s administrative processing after interview?? 😯😯 I have an attorney as well, however, all my documents are together

im going to see him in August so was hoping for him to come back with us then

I believe it's when they of to look into something before approving or like when someone didn't meet income requirement and need a joint sponsor (missing docs)... I kinda need to refresh my memory by researching things again so please don't quote me

Is there any movement in earlier dates like around October 12th? I really appreciate it!!

You and I better not file again else aside from needing a waiver uscis may call us habitual filers and make us wait for at least a year to get NOA 2 lol😂... j/k but I do think we are being punished😢

I hope not for too too long.

We were denied because of an incompetent lawyer.. we hadn't seen each other within 2 years..so we applied again thinking it will be faster lol.

Looking like you want to be a 10/27, 10/30 or 10/31 filer today as that's where the movement seems to be.

Seeing that I'm a 26th filer,  I'm feeling about sad about it all. Seriously, it's starting to feel like it's never going to happen.

Seems like you are saying  both petitioner and beneficiary remains the same here so to me this is rediculous! They should see that you fixed that problem and just approve you now but only USCIS workers know the method to their madness... sadly.

As for lawyers,  I don't really trust them.  I feel as if all of us are capable of putting in better work than them because we care about our lives and what happens in our lives way more than they do. Most of them only care about getting paid... just my opinion
