Woke up to approval today   Got text message, email, and app alert (I have the Spinach app).

 

Old website is updated, but not the new yet.

 

NOA1 Oct 27 (new system has Oct 31 received tho)

NOA2 May 2

 

Side note, and I saw someone else post something similar.  For those worrying about details, ours was simple.  One single Intent to Marry letter signed by both of us.  Just 2 pages of cut and paste photos (most with no notes) but one of those was a screen shot of my future sister-in-law's FaceBook post saying "welcome to the family" that had a group pic and time/date tag.  I also included a copy of my passport stamp pages, but just that page.  The ID page of the passport was included separately for the citizenship section.  I did not send every page like I've seen some talk about, just those 2 pages.

 

I was a bit nervous about the IMBRA stuff since we met through a dating site.  We put the name, URL, and certified that it wasn't an IMBRA, but didn't include a copy of terms and conditions of the site and all that.  

 

I'm also a PC gaming nerd and play a lot (lot) of CIvilization so one of the quotes is in my head:

why  do you think that? ... I thought .... if USCIS not approval one day ... the next day would be good for approvals ... but really you are the person who better knows about our statistics ...

Why can be silence for approval  the next  days?

now most of those silent ones show up on new website. New website updates on around 4am to 6am next morning (for example if you look at May 1 at morning 4-6 am you’ll most likely will see an update with the date of April 30)

 

Lots of approvals after a day without approval on the other hand, is not true. No data really confirmed that but we like to just think like that.

 

Sorry for the delay. Nothing to add though to what @Naes already said. I made the comment about the silent NOA2's because I assume not everyone has an account in the new website and also because sometimes they update neither of them

This is so crazy! They asked me for pics with dates and places for the RFE. I have seen some ppl get RFE'd for not having 2 letters of intent signed. People used to worry whether the signatures need to be wet or not. So see.. the process is inconsistent

Just goes to show that there is no uniformity and ever adjudicator is different.  Very frustrating.  I am still here for you guys.  Rooting for you and praying for all of you.

Who keeps checking the new and old website and the app to see if our status changes???? 

I do every 5 seconds 🤪😫😁😂

I am so happy to see so many approvals. It gives me hope.

yea for some reason the new site did not update for me or any email, or text notifications... but will probably come in late tonight (odd... happened with my rfe)

nope, app is still saying rfe response received. only one updated was old site... and i did that on a hunch

thank you!!! I feel like something is broken with the new stuff and the good ol trusty old site is the only thing working now lol... i honestly feel like they are going to push to finish up October.. and that is my prayer because boy o boy... i dont think God wanted me to do what i was going to do on Friday lol that would have been a whole cussing mess.

I looked at chrisy J's timeline and saw that with RFE hers took about 201 days... so i number crunched and figured i had to get something by May 4th or 7th .... I drove myself crazy though...
