Any idea how London’s embassy is?

From what I have read the London embassy is pretty chill and things move pretty fast. Sounds silly but I am now preparing things like the ACRO and getting access to my medical records so when the NOA2 finally does come. I can have everything prepared!

ACRO is the police certificate that is needed and from my searching that costs £45. Their version of chill again just from reading interview reviews is that most people depending on the day and time are usually out from the interview in about 1-3hrs. Usually get called up to a first window to submit all documentation and then the 2nd time you're called it's the actual interview. Seen in 2 or 3 cases where it's a case of like 5 or 6 questions only and then people get approved? So yeh.

that is perfect! So when you go to ACRO, do they just search your name and give you a certificate to say if they found you in their database or not? So about how much for the medical, and visa fees? I wonder if the medical or interview appointments are backed up? ugh

I doubt they're backed up and with the fact they have moved to a bigger location now, might be to our advantage.

Here are some links for the ACRO;

https://www.acro.police.uk/police_certificates.aspx

https://www.acro.police.uk/Police_Certificates_Online.aspx

The place for the medical Knightsbridge usually private I believe so I think they're usually quite fast? Cost is £290 I believe.

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/list-of-posts.html

If you go to that page you can download the pdf for the London Medical Requirements ;)

Also the last fee payment is around $265 I believe. I think you can pay before or on the day of the interview at the Embassy.
