Yes I believe and by God's grace it will surely come because I certainly don't have time to fake any marriages or anything like that when I need to start a family. 🙏

I called today and spoke to tier 2 because everyone here said the website was having trouble showing approvals and then he told me we were approved Friday! 

 

NOA 1 : October 25th

NOA 2 : April 27th!! 

 

Just woke up my fiancé and she started crying.

Also... just been doing mini scans around my WAC number (Case received date 30th Oct). Seen a rain of approvals from last week 26th/27th that weren't there over the weekend and a few RFEs. So I'm thinking that their systems are up and running and we should see a storm of approvals this week! 

Oooh I know, they’re getting so close! Hopefully we’ll get approved real soon! Octber 31st still patiently waiting here 💕💕

Awesome... most of us are industrious so hopefully we are appreciated here. Don't worry about your NOA 2. You will get it soon for sure. I know you want it right away just like me but  once they review  what you sent them they'll approve your case.  You and @EllyNellycan almost celebrate right now with those that have been approved.

You are ever so kind @DonAnn wish my faith was that strong, to claim it in advance  @EllyNelly @BnK How are you ladies ? Just sw a rep (WHO WAS NOT TIER 2, but asked how she could help and she paused the phone to go inquire) and she says my file looks  great, no concerns, background already done,.. just for the officer to issue the approval. She said even though it could be up to 60 days, maybe within a week (don't quote her). Also she said some adjudicators really work faster than others. So there! #deeeeeeeepsigh

See?  This is what I'm saying.  Don't let the 60 days comment get to you now.  It will be way sooner than that (maybe this week) unless they end up having some serious issues. Mine is with the real turtle (slow adjudicator) lol. They could've sent me an RFE... I think I'd feel better but at this point I only want approval. I did contact my local congressman but that didn't get me anywhere so far and he also told me that it could take up to 60 days to get an answer regarding his inquiry on my behalf... 🙄

I'm over here seriously rolling my eyes at the number of cases approved for November jumping from 7 to 11 today on igor's list... must we (unapproved October filers) wait for them to approve people from November before they give us some kind of response??? It's about to be May and I want a July wedding!!!😭

Guess we wont get approved in April then Since its May here already i decided to not let this process control my life. I dont care anymore. I barely slept last night waiting for a possible approval yet still nothing. If it comes it comes. If it doesnt then its i have no control over it and i will not stress (am i jst saying all this in my head, i still feel stressed though)
