Sorry guys, no approvals or RFE's today, only 11 Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received and 1 Document Was Returned To USCIS.

agree!!!! my fiance would tell me the process is simple and we will just provide what is needed.... lol I read too much too and every now and then I panic and get overwhelmed.... Looking back now, I could've saved me some stress had I jst "trusted the process" as Greenbaum say it....But its really stressful as effff and will be only over it once we get to be with our SO.

 

I hope you'll have everything in order and I wish you will be done with all of the unnecessary stress we put ourselves into. I am less stressed now - after it says Visa issued. But still a little stressed lol

I'm just waiting for my visa to arrive.  Already tendered my resignation 2 days ago  and im so ready for the last steps of this waiting to be over. Im still stressin but not as much as before my Medical and Interview..... I could now sleep early....

Congratulations!!!  Please tell me how the medical and interview went.. How many questions and what type did you get?

We may have a different process for the medical. I was done in 2 days, the last day for my vaccination and the relesing of the sealed brown envelope which I hand-carried for my interview 2 days after my medical...as for my interview , i made a review on my timeline .

Thank you Daniel for still doing this for all of us waiting. I'm starting to lose hope, it seems like they're taking their time processing cases and RFE's. But we'll see what happens.

November filer here. So I called USCIS yesterday and the rep told me that our case is still pending and that they are currently working on November 1st 2017 cases. Oh I gave her an attitude as last week they told me they were working on the same date. So I begged her, yes begged her to transfer me to a tier 2 officer. I got a call back after 3 hours and the officer told me that as of June 15 our case is approved. I got excited and thanked him many times. I am waiting for an update on the app or their website but it still says received. He better read his screen correctly! Im wondering how many days would it take for the site to be updated and if someone has experienced this and got a notification after.
