We mailed ours back on a Friday morning and we received a Case Update to Received on Monday, it was fairly quickly for that initial status update, and then 3 weeks for the RFE to be approved from received status change

OK sounds like you can do the application and schedule interview. I received an email on the 31st saying my case is currently being adjudicated. I never got an email like that before so I don't know if the case is actually with an adjudicator now or if that was just something they send to petitioners who make inquiry about being outside of normal processing time ??? (Confused)

They have received our RFE 26 days before ,still waiting we don't know what's going on with our case because we have seen so many case that are approved for one week ,hope that God will make any miracle for us and for all those that are waiting in this difficult process .Good luck to everyone ,happy weekand

Hi Guys! I just wanted to let everyone know that I am now in the US with my soon to be hubby  and POE was a breeze. My POE was Washington (IAD) and here was zero harassment. I had a 2 min conversation with the officer (no secondary or anything),  did my prints and I was on my way to see his smiling face waiting for me outside even though it was pouring lmao . To those are still waiting, I know that it's tough feeling left behind but it's not a race and all good things come with time; soon it will be your time.
