Did both you and your fiancé sent one?

did you use the classic template to show intent to marry?

if all yes, they might have just lost it so you can send it again (for one from each-petitioner and beneficiary)

Yes for both, i had my fiancee sending me a copy from cambodia with wet signature. I was planning on sending mine into. Just in case. But they only asked for beneficiary. I feel like he wasnt to happy with me on my phone call in to a tier 2. I was pointing out he was wrong about my dates being over and hes said they were just processing oct.1. So I went to explain to him to go look at his web site. He put me on hold and looked. And said hell send inquiry out. Than 2 hours later I got the rfe. When I called he said no was assigned to my packet yet. I think the threw it away to buy them more time. Or just because they didnt like me.

Well I don’t think tier2 really communicates that fast with any adjudicator in the way of showing their frustration so don’t worry about that.

they do ask things we already sent, it happened quite a lot recently..

just get the sample form again and rewrite and sign (scanned and printed copy seem to suffice as many did that way)

Hey Sonia... it shouldn't be two months.  The process moves quickly after you get assigned a case number.  Just start getting your documents for packet 3 ready so when you or your fiance get that email from Spanish embassy, you can send it in that day.

Thank you !!!!  @DPP123

We finally FINALLY got approved (NOA2) today!!! Thanks so much everyone for your support! Can anyone help me find/ interpret data on timelines moving forward? I'd like to be able to book plane tickets, but want to be as accurate as possible.

I would recommend waiting to book plane tickets until after the interview and possible even after your fiance has their visa in hand. The last place you want to be is to have plane tickets and have the visa not show up for one reason or another.

the schedule seems to vary by embassy, but I think most people finished these last steps 1 or 2 months.

Oh okay, thanks so much. I see everyone mentioning it and I was unsure. I’ll just follow the process :)

Uscis sent me my rfe. It says I need to provide intent to marry in 90 days. I sent them a letter of intent with my application already. Is there anything else I can do?

There is an old saying "The one with the GOLD makes the RULES". May I suggest that you follow the directions and request contained within the RFE and I think the road you travel will be less bumpy. Just my 2 cents.
