I collected my visa and my passport earlier today so now I'm just awaiting my POE. I wish everyone the best and don't forget that this whole process really shows you why your relationship can weather any storm.

Its very hard but good things come with time. I just had our baby yesterday can you imagine how difficult it is to video chat while having a baby. Just remember it could be worse at least we got rfe some people have nothing

I am in the same boat! They received my RFE Documents on that exact date as well 5/7 and still nothing. Looking at my app seeing the last status change being 16 days ago while I can run a scan and see people's RFE's that were received later than mine but approved gets me so discouraged. It's like I go to sleep thinking about it and wake up thinking about it. Nightmare really..

Yeah I called and they keep saying its still within the processing time......that I just have to wait for 60 days.

Then I became weak instantly 60 days just for a "intent to marry letter". Smh

Literally I feel like calling them never gets anyone anywhere besides feeling even worse than how they did before they called. I have now called them twice over this whole process and every time I get off the phone feeling like I was told the scripted response they give t everyone, not the specific situation on my case

The whole thing is after replying the rfe......thier response to the rfe is within 60 days......so if you are fortunate and your rfe happen to fall on the desk that is well organized or the other way round.

Today mark 3 week since my rfe was submitted.
