The USCIS Case Processing Inquiry Date for I-129Fs is now October 23rd.

 

if your received date is before that date and you have not heard anything at all, I recommend you contact your state senator(s) and ask them to place an inquiry with USCIS  on your behalf. Provide them your case number and your NOA1 date. Tell them your case is now outside of normal processing times, and you have seen online evidence of several hundred applications from November being recently processed and approved.  They may ask you to email this too them and proof you live in your state, but it should be pretty painless.

 

I know a few people who have done this, and coincidence or not, they all got their approval within about a week afterwards.

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your fiance(e)'s approved I-129F petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). NVC will forward the petition to the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in LONDON, GRBR. The U.S. Embassy will contact your fiance(e) when they are ready to schedule a visa interview.

 

So @Meisha&Jake about how long after receiving this email does it get to London? I assume I’ll get another email to confirm?

Unfortunately that's just the way it goes. Usually we'd see many approvals once they start the new month but this month has been a rollercoaster. Please hold on and be strong. Your time will come.

Please consider going different routes first. We've seen cases be pulled back from NVC once an official inquiry was filed making your wait even longer. Try contacting your congressman if you haven't already.

Yes that's what we were thinking (contacting congressman or some other). Do you know is it same at those cases? That our case could return to USCIS?

I haven't heard about them pulling back a case when a congressman inquires. Usually you get the message that it is approved and/or sent on to NVC

But how to contact congressman and what information should be given to the congressman?
