It breaks my heart to still see my fellow October Filers waiting, but I know the end is very near. 

 

I know very soon, this will be a story to tell while we unite with our Loved Ones. 

I know God got us, even when we are weak and drained.

An RFE is good as approval if you can provide them the evidence they ask. Dont worry just email what they want immediately. They normally receive your reply 2 day after you send it....Approval should take 7-15 days but they would say up to 60 days...mine took 9 days after reply receipt

Nothing to celebrate YET.. I hope nothing serious. How long should we expect the mail? 

I had an RFE issued 4/27, USISC received the information 5/7 and we still have not received anything  two weeks from today they received the information, hoping with the next 2 weeks, I've heard there is a "trend" of 2-3 weeks after received so we will see!

They received my rfe reply on may 1st still nothing. Issued april 24th.

RFE can take up to 60 days. You will definitely definitely hear back. Trust me, this is better than nothing at all..as i know a lot of peope who have not heard back at all...it's the worst. I wish you both the best of luck. You both will definitely get an approval..especially if it's simple rfe and you meet all requirements.

Yes I hope so, as I'm sure all of you know this definitely can take a toll on your relationship, my fiance and I just ended a 3 day argument over frustration of him not being able to be here and the unknown of when we can actually get our life started as a family together

I hope its already in the mail. Ours was a silent NOA and arrived 16 days after RFE receipt..actual approval is actually 9 days after RFE received....really hope its in the mail, in case not, i know it will come soon.

Yea of course. Easier said than done because my fiance i went through it not once but twice. Patience and care goes a long way. Compromise, letting go, and reflecting on reasons why you're together and what you hope to gain will get you through this. Good luck to you.

ohh man, that wouldve freaked me out especially if i didnt have my case no yet. Glad its already received at consulate

hmmmm...did u get an update on the website and app? Ours still says received on both.
