I believe the website now says that they are processing cases with November 10th NOA 1 date and yet the scan shows no approvals for october... this is so wrong. I have lost all the faith I had in USCIS... I will never get involved in anything like this again... maybe they wanted me to stay in a terrible marriage or stay single... I sent them everything needed to process my petition and even if I didn't why should people wait forever for a damn rfe??? They make me sick!

VJ timeline doesn’t mean anything. Just check the official USCIS processing timeline and it is 20th Oct.

Well if I read yesterdays scan from November correctly there was 19 approvals and October had 0 so that's lot for me.

This is just wrong... I feel for you and all the people that applied before us. Sure we should have patience but what about justice and sticking to the quoted processing times?? Good luck to you!  I found myself getting angrier and angrier everyday so that's why I decided to go see my fiance.  (Otherwise, by next week I'd not be able to post anything because it would all be curse words).

There could be silent NOA2 for October. But for Nov, seems there are less silent NOA2. Most ppl get an update on new website or maybe ppl who get silent NOA2 are not posting.

Are you referring to igor's list?  They show a lot of November approvals. I got the processing time by clicking the link under the estimated processing time for my timeline

No. I am referring to the timeline on USCIS official website... and I literally don’t think there are a lot of Nov approvals out there... it’s starting to get to end of May, and they have only had 1 day or 2 when there are like 100 plus updates for Nov. ( or maybe never reached 100 Plus)

I actually laughed at "oh but wait... There is none!!" even though it's not funny... just most likely true. Is this your first time filing?  Any criminal record concern?  If not you should be fine and you will get your approval soon.  For me I'm just overly worried now because it's my second time filing and I don't know if they are trying to deport my ex before moving forward with my case.  I find myself coming up with all kinds of things that could be making my case complicated

Not complicated at all.  You'll probably get your approval next week... I really think you will... will keep you in my prayers.

That's because you're hoping that the adjudicators will do their jobs... we don't know what is causing the hold up but if you really think about it you don't have much reasons to worry... you will not get denied. The problem is just that you don't know when you'll get your approval...
