I as well am waiting for my RFE status update, the most recent update was 11 days ago to RFE Documents Received for Review. I was excited to see some receiving a response a week or two after RFE was received back to the office

I meant ... for a long time recording for a medical examination
we have here, in addition to the same expectation of approval of petitions, a long wait for interviews
but medical examinations are quick.

I still dont think your understanding what im saying... i have booked my medical late June BECAUSE im still in the USA visiting my fiancé... there was sooner dates but i wont be home in the UK to attend...

Yeah! The medical is valid for 6 months so aslong as you fly out with your K1 Fiancè visa when you have it before your 6 months of medical date ends, your good!

When you book medical the email will tell you that the medical is only valid for 6 months  good luck!! Im hoping July interview bookings is up soon

I believe the website now says that they are processing cases with November 10th NOA 1 date and yet the scan shows no approvals for october... this is so wrong. I have lost all the faith I had in USCIS... I will never get involved in anything like this again... maybe they wanted me to stay in a terrible marriage or stay single... I sent them everything needed to process my petition and even if I didn't why should people wait forever for a damn rfe??? They make me sick!

I know! There has been lot of approvals for November 😭 Where's ours!?
