You can request a copy of your I-94 arrival/departure record from the DHS website here: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/, to prove that you were in the U.S. for x number of days on which dates.

So I took a look at the website and it says that an I94 is needed by everyone except for a list of people that include Canadians :( so I guess they don't issue them to us. So then I tried to pull up a history of crossing the border to at least try and match it to my boarding passes, and it only shows a handful of times in the last 5 years (I live in a border city and we grocery shop in the U.S.) so it's not even accurate and all it shows is a date (that I crossed the bridge .. no duration or return date) and "dcb". This is so frustrating :(

Hi! On May 11, we were notified that we will be receiving an RFE. We were absolutely sure that it will be about the Multiple Filer Waiver Request Information as we have a photocopy of the sent Form-I-128F. However, today (May 17) we have received the RFE letter and it asks about Criminal Information that we are a 100% sure was answered.

Now our question is should we also include our answer to the Multiple Filer Waiver Request question or should we just answer those stated on the RFE about the Criminal Information questions?

Just in case you're wondering, neither one of us had any criminal record or did we file another waiver.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!💕

That is the exact same situation as mine. I was wondering the same thing and decided to just submit what they asked for. I'm hoping I won't get another RFE

Hoping fellow Octo’s can join us in the next stage soon! Will be nice to keep updating one another on this thread too.

Why is this a late medical examination record?
At us medical inspection in any day can be made, and here record for interview month .. Now ....

We were in a hurry replying to the RFE letter and decided to include the info on Multiple Filer Waiver Request before we have read this. Thanks though! Praying we both won't get another RFE.😓

sorry :( I hope they approve you soon!

I'm day 214 with not even a peep from USCIS, I'd be relieved for an RFE at this point....
