This is really frustrating!

Call again to see if you can get some sort of an answer. This ia really really urghhh. I was so sure you will get it before the seven month marker. I can't believe they are dragging this out. Can i call on your behalf and just cuss them out?

...

Lol

I hope you're doing well. I see that you're patiently waiting. You are such a strong person. I was a day away from reaching my 7 months and I felt defeated.

I will make special dua for you now that ramadan is starting tomorrow.

😂😂😂 I adore you!!!

Thank you so much dear, thinking of you too and hope you’re Ramadan has started off amazing! Ramadan Mubarak booboo!!! ❤️❤️

Ahhh 9 days since our RFE Evidence was received status change and I'm fixated on my application in order to refresh by the hour :( What are the trends from fellow RFE receivers for when you received an NOA2 after the RFE evidence was received?

I need to rest my mind at ease, I was hoping for POE in July for my fiance..hopefully still possible..

Anywhere between 7-15 working. Even checking @DanielP latest scans, the trend still seems to be consistent @JMCKNG

That is exciting! I am happy for you! So for that consulate we need the medical, police record and the DS160 filled out, right? How long did it take from NOA2 approve to NVC Case assigned and from NVC case assigned to consulate?

Yes.. Mine was received on 4/19 and approved on 4/27. So that is 8 days including the weekend. So it would technically be 6 working days. So you are still within those 15 days. It has been rather consistent. So as many on here have told me before, and I will pass it on to you! It will come.. Do you mind sharing what you got "RFE" for? The simpler it is, the better. Then again all the RFEs I have heard of in this forum have been pretty simple @JMCKNG

That is great news to hear! The RFE was due to my Divorce Decree not having the judge's signature to prove the termination of my previous marriage, but that is due to my County that I live in being an "Electronically Filing" County. I called the Court in which they then gave me a "Certified with the County" stamped decree along with reference to the Wisconsin Supreme Court Statue stating that as of July 2016 we became an electronically filed county with documentation from court officials. The Decree as well is 13 pages stating everything included in the Findings of Facts Conclusion.

I would think pretty straight forward? Thoughts?

This is what I am saying. Most ppl on here received straightforward or even "silly" RFE's in some case. You will be fine. Just hang in there. I did not do a great job of waiting.. Ppl on here pulled me back when I was about to plunge.. I am still here lurking, and rooting for you all @JMCKNG

Mine was approved on 4/27 and received in the mail about 5/3. So I am not even checking for an NVC case number yet! I have more time. I think probably I will check at the end of the month. Where can I find the guide section for London?

Thank you for the encouragement!I would think the same, because there basically isn't anything else I can give them after contacting the court to see what we can do to give them exactly what they want. I would as well think that USISC would have to understand every state and county have different regulations and just need to be aware of what they in order to proceed.
