Hi guys! So we just got a text and email telling us that we got a RFE 😢 I don’t know how to feel about it. I don’t know if I should be happy that they touched our file or sad that we got an RFE, I mean, what else could they need? We sent all kind of photos together with friends, family members, in Mexico and in the US... I mean, really? I just feel so frustrated! I thought our case was easy and straight forward. Hopefully it will be something easy 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 How are you guys? Any news for you?

Same thing here! Hang in there!  It could be an overlook on the form or something really silly. And it's better than a denial. So stay positive!

Hi. I was reading this post, and got me curious. When you say "out of the country", I would assume you was at beneficiary's country. Did you returned to the US to reply to the RFE? or someone (ie. your parents) reply to it themselves while you was out of the US?

Trying not to lose it! I thought we would receive the physical RFE pretty quick because my fiancée lives in CA, but I was wrong and I guess is standard 4 days  the waiting game is draining. But trying to remain positive so we can tackle it as soon as it comes.  How are you holding up?

Stay positive girl! That’s better than not words at all. Like @BryceAndRebeca said. It could be something really silly. The good news is that after you reply the RFE it could be one week to get approval ! Cheer up and stay positive. You will get your approval soon
